I sought a Hampton hotel to have a higher end experience; this hotel wasn’t even close. Everything is worn, dated, and dirty. Bathroom roof multiple cracks and leak repairs, a lot of hair (not ours) on the shower curtain, tub drain partially clogged so you stand ankle deep in water, dirt and grease on shower walls, bathroom floor dirty needing vacuumed and mopped Room smelled musty. Carpets worn, corners of wall chipped. I would expect this lack of quality from a low end hotel off the highway, not a Hampton. Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off to have paid Hampton rates for this subpar experience. Daytime staff very nice but the hotel should be avoided. Daytime staff was the only positive thing as they were receptive to feedback. I not only significantly overpaid for the experience but the get away for a mini vacation was a bust…. Huge let down.

The staff was cery curtwous and accommodating. The cleanliness of my room and hotel were poor. .The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. The room was dusty. The main floor had a spill from the front door to the elevator, (marked by wer floor signs) from 7pm untul i checked out st 6am.

Yes the breakfast was great alot of healthy options! Hotel is decent built in 1984 so it is older but have had upgrades over the years and is very pet friendly! Very clean considering that it allows pets! Staff was very friendly and accommodating I would recommend for any family traveling with pets or kids
