100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

We loved the penthouse. So clean, quiet and an amazing location to everything in uniquely beautiful Greenville. The downtown is less than a block away, with tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The location to Falls Park on the Reedy was a huge plus. Walked the beautiful Park every day. Lovely Apartment Near Pretty Much Everything

Well-appointed and well-located, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Greenville. The Reed River Falls were nearby, providing a lovely backdrop for a picnic lunch. Plus, there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the door.
