We was in room 408, upon arrival we were met with 2 baby roaches! Went into the utensil's drawer to get a knife and found a bunch of roach eggs and several large roaches scurrying around. At that point I went to the front desk to request a different room. The only reason we didn’t check out was because it was 10pm and we were in a small market with not very many options. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Not very happy with your brand

NOISE!!! Staff was fine. Room was clean. However, we didn't get much sleep. The room above us was very noisy until 1:00am and again at 6:00am. It sounded like constant stomping, running with occational sound of loud thumping, like something was being dropped on the floor. We called the front desk and they said they would reach out to them. If they did, it didn't help. The room had a coffee maker and a pouch of coffee, but no sugar or cream.

Staff was excellent. I requested a room change for more shelf space in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk changed my room to accommodate me. I love that they had the little dog part area. That was a game changer for me because I brought my dog. I like they had the exercise gym. The gas station stores are across the street. Very convenient. Loved my stay!
