Room was extremely dirty when I went to get the guest service attendant she agreed that the room was extremely dirty and stated she was going to get the hotel manage and when he came he refused to give me a clea room he was extremely disrespectful and on top of that he went into the syatem and changed check in date so that it would not reflect on the reciept that I actually did pay for it he was extremelhy rude and me banned from there I have not received my refund

Yes. The room was dark and smelled of stale cigarettes. Dirty walks and doors. Spiderwebs in ceiling . Dust on everything and the microwave had hardened food everywhere inside . Bedding was stained and the parking lot was trashed ! It was terrible. Breakfast was horrible . Quality of food was poor almost like a prison .

If you're looking for a hotel for a one-night stay in a real emergency and you're not with your family, this could be a good option. It's very well located, but unfortunately, the dirty rooms and the general bad smell made us leave before our reserved time.

The shower head did not work properly could not take a shower. No trash can in the room, the coffee maker had enough dust thatvyou could plant a garden. And in between the bed and nightstand there is an empty water bottle and an aluminum wrapping. Ot to mention the rooms look nothing like they do online it is some serious false advertising !!

Planned on staying three nights and bailed after the first night. Large spacious suite room, however property seems to be in various states of disrepair. External of the property had trash all around, lobby was run down, our non-smoking room smelled like a bingo hall, floors were not swept, and literally found hair on all of our towels.

We didn't even stay. We checked back out. There are cigarette burn holes in the bedding, and plywood boarded up on the outside of the hotel. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls were patched and a mess. IT IS A DISGUSTING PLACE.
