The non smoking room smelled like smoke, one mattress sagged so badly in the middle that you could see it even when the bed was made, and there were no plugs available for electronics. The one plug we used shorted out the light plugged into it when we plugged something else into the other socket. There was only one light available in the room after that even though there were 3 lamps. It was marginally clean but they were stingy with the towels in the room. Had to ask for more. The staff was kind and helpful though, and there were no bedbugs.

Front desk was very helpful but from the get go it was a disaster. There was no indication of a deposit required. I prepaid online and it was a last minute trip so we didn’t budget in a deposit. The first room she put us in was a little musky smelling—no big deal— but as soon as we turned in the lights BAM roaches went crawling everywhere — the wall, the floor, the ceiling EVERYWHERE!!! Front desk immediately switched us to another room and it was MUCH BETTER!!! She seemed genuinely sorry and embarrassed about the situation.
