My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.

The property has recently been redecorated and the rooms looked nice with fresh paint and new curtains. The caulking around the tub was a bit mildewy and the added security lock for the door was broken. The AC worked well, though we didn't need it much. The shower was strong and the water hot. The price seemed about $15 high for the level of the hotel, but it was a Friday during vacation season.

Good value for the price, especially for business travelers who aren’t picky (best in Delmont and Apollo area). Consistently clean rooms (some repairs needed) with decent pillows, working fridge, and small table big enough for a laptop. Great WiFi connection - no issues.

Friendly at the front desk, room was fine. However, there was no lock/latch on the "back door" at the end of the hall. Guests can go out there to smoke (or walk dogs), but the door does not lock; guests (or anyone) can just walk right in, with no security there at all. No problem with the locks on the room doors, but I'm used to needing a card to get in at alternate doors like that, or having to walk in the front door. Don't like the idea of that door being open to anyone who happens by. (Did not have an actual problem with someone doing that, but that door should be locked.)

Granola bars is hardly breakfast. I’ve stayed at budget motels before and they usually offer more than just granola bars. How sad.

They forgot to add a fitted sheet to my mattress. Once the front desk clerk understood what happened, he was very quick to change it. This is a small thing, but the vending machine doesn't take credit. I was kinda bummed about that.
