Average hotel nothing stands out as fabulous. But rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is your average basic eggs, waffle, etc. Bed was average, but the pillows were very over stuffed Internet speeds were below average, Internet browsing was at a crawl.

The system to check you in and card readers were down. Unable to get the room we prepaid for and had to stay elsewhere but things happen and the young lady behind the desk was friendly and professional while taking a beating for something beyond her control. She was handling it well as we left and a line was forming. I called back a little later and she indicated the outage was nationwide. Hampton is still top notch. Now getting Hotels.com to step up with a refund.

Kind helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downsides: one of two elevators was out of order and the room needed attention: the wall paper was torn, the curtain hanging part way off the rod, dust ruffles askew, bed didn't seem to be made property and seems some of the pillow cases hadn't been changed.

It was a nice stay except for the elevator was down and we were on the fourth floor. The stairwell was HOT. When I called to get extra pillows and blankets for the pull out bed there was no extras.
