The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it.

The rooms need to be checked before someone gets it and what I mean is there was scratches all over the room and marks that we didn't do. The appliances disnt work properly and some of the staff was socializing with people who stayed there talking about everyone who stayed there all the time.

First of all the idea that people can openly smoke in front of the building makes the place look trashy and then on top of that the toilet was flooded and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the front desk. It seems like they close the front desk for several hours. There should be an emergency contact in case there is an emergency on the property. Then I felt like I was in the hood with the blasting music at 3 AM in the parking lot. I

Pros: -Cheap -Decent Internet Cons: -Zero on site staff after/before hours - so have fun with a zoom call overseas -The main building required a key card to get in but were broken - poor security. -No towels, no soap. We did have get 2 little bottles of shampoo though; so that's a plus. - TV channels lag every 20 seconds or so for EVERY channel.
