Bocelli adventure

It is a great hotel. I especially like the efficiency feel of the room. Parking was efficient. It is located near many restaurants. But the design of the room was foremost the best feature.

Where to start? There’s 3 other hotels that are next to TownePlace Suites, so the parking is not a problem. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is not safe and even the hotel clerk when we did our check in toll us that it was car theft in the area to make sure our vehicle was locked. The hotel is clean all around the common areas however, they do NOT, NOT clean the room in daily bases. We check in on a Thursday, on Friday night, when I asked for housekeeping the front desk clerk told that the room was scheduled to be clean on Saturday. Well on saturday evening I asked about housekeeping and the same person said that it was only “ refresh “ the rooms. When I asked what was “ refresh” the room the lady said “ change of towels” and if I needed new towels I had to go to the front desk and get them. So, no garbage collection , nor fixing the room . ( according to her because I didn’t see any signs, they clean the rooms ones a week). Of course, instead of leaving Monday, my husband and I decided to leave on Sunday. The staff was nice but after the little lies about “ your room is on the schedules for Saturday “, and you have to get your towels”, We decided to leave. We put our garbage out ourselves. Breakfast is served everyday, that’s a plus and the coffee is good.
