The stay was great the staff was welcoming. The things I didn’t like the hotel wasn’t really at fault which was the small pool outside and the only ice machine being on the fifth floor.

Air conditioning did not work. Upon check in the first room they gave me the ac unit did not work at all. Reported switched rooms and the unit in that room would run for a minute the stop and issue an error code. Reported and was told maintenance would check it out. Never happened.

The environment was good ,clean and comfortable but the receptionist we met the first night was mean ,not friendly at all.While the lady at the kitchen though elderly but very friendly and warm . The environment was good and the room very cozy.

Not the worst place, not the best. The AC sounded like it had baby birds stuck in it whenever the fan was on. The local crack wh_re doing tricks on a guy in the parking lot was something I did not expect to see. It was annoying having to go down to the front desk of 2 of the 3 ngihts to get my cards fixed because they door wouldnt read them. The staff was great though

RUN AWAY. The only good in this place is very kind desk clerks. The outside, parking lot, the elevator, the sticky bathroom floor, blood on the wall next to sink, broken shower door, weak AC, third world parking lot, dingy small breakfast area, dingy dark rooms. And enough deodorizer to wake the dead. Cancelled our reservation and left. And weird, creepy maze of streets to enter, past industrial buildings and plight. Run, run fast and far away.

Worst stay ever!!!

They did not have my reservations correct. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms and had the receipt to prove it. The young lady at the registration desk told me she did not have it in her computer and that I needed to speak with the company in which I book with because there was nothing that she could do to assist me with MY problem. She could not find the number of the company and when I asked for the manager's number, she pointed to businesses cards on the desk. Mind you that this is 11 pm and my family and I are exhausted. So, I took the 1 room and told her that I would be contact her management. Worst experience ever!!! Don't stay at this hotel!!!
