Property isn’t awful but right next door to a Waffle House that gets pretty sketchy at night. If you do stay, ask for a room in the opposite side.

The hotel met my needs for a one night stay. It was not the typical value price with the golf tournament timeframe, so it was more expensive than it should have been. It's okay for a quick stay.

Originally, upon arrival, the bed sheets had a stain. The staff were able to change it for me, though. The pool was not cleaned (stayed in late April). Rooms smelled nice, but like the bed sheets, the shower curtain was worn. Overall, clean and budget friendly. Good staff. Good TV, Good Refrigerator. Acceptable WiFi. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay in Greensboro.
