Boat and jet ski rentals are close by and also car service is available but recommend booking ahead. Club house restaurant is public and is approximately 1 mile. Community Pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness center, walking trail, kids play ground area all inside the gated community. Fireplace on screened in porch. No Pets
