The property itself was spotless and is either new or completely updated. Beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was among the best I have experienced and I've traveled a bunch. It's essentially overlooking RiverPlace so the location is second to none in Greenville. Highly recommend!

The room was OK except for the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean thoroughly, which is one of the places you want to be cleaned the best there was hair on the toilet there was hair in the shower area on the floor. The breakfast people were good as far as service. I also appreciated you all having options for breakfast meat because I’m allergic to pork. however, if you’re gonna have an option for the breakfast meat, but you put pork in the eggs (ham) then that’s not helpful, maybe I should’ve asked if I could’ve just got regular eggs instead of just the hard boiled eggs as an option, but overall the food options were good and like I said the staff in the food area was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk, especially the birthday girl was amazing. Housekeeping was good as well. They were very helpful. If we asked for items that we needed for the room. They were helpful.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We paid for a parking pass as I was traveling just my daughter I & I was anxious. When we got back to the hotel that night there was no parking on the deck so I paid for parking I couldn’t use. The young man at the desk allowed us to park in a check in space but I spent the entirety of the night worried about getting towed. Really wasn’t a pleasant or restful night at all. I have no other complaints beyond the parking situation.
