The lovely lady that checked us in was terrific. Our flight was hideously delayed and she had already made arraignments for our key cards to be ready to avoid any delay in us getting to our room. At 2:20 AM that was a really appreciated gesture. And there was a gentleman who was cleaning the floors who was so kind - saying hello and pointing the way to the elevators. Top notch staff interactions!

The resort was wonderful except for the rain shower heads which were placed in a bad location to be able to take a quick shower without getting your hair soaked. They need to replace them with ones that are more practical.
