The Perfect Getaway!

We loved everything about this property, from the excellent communication with the owner, to the fantastic home and amenities it offered. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special, the house was beautiful and made hosting a large group so easy.

Lake House Vacation in Lake Oconee

Our group of eleven loved the lake house. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Ample space throughout. Spend multiple hours on the lake (kayaking, on paddle boards, & rafts). We rented a pontoon boat which easily docked on the property. The sunsets were spectacular. Glen, the owner, was amazing. Easy to communicate with. Surprised us our first morning with delivered breakfast treats! Can't wait to revisit this lake house again!

Perfection!

After our trip to Hawaii was cancelled, I started looking for alternatives. I couldn't have found a better substitution! I actually think everyone had a better vacation at here than we would have in Hawaii! The house was perfectly set up for a large family. We had 8 adults, 4 teens and 2 children and everyone had plenty of space. The house is peacefully set beside a golf course with some forest leading to the amazing dock. Everyone enjoyed jumping off the dock and relaxing down there. We rented a boat for a couple of days and that just added more fun to our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent property and host

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! The house was clean, had a great layout, amazing views, and was stocked with everything we needed. The extra refrigerator and stand alone ice maker came in handy. Lots of lake toys were provided as well as a variety of games and bikes for kids. The host showed great hospitality always available for questions and providing us with a delicious complimentary breakfast and a special night of live music. I would recommend this host and property and hope to visit the place again.

This house could not have been more perfect for our needs. It is as functional as it is beautiful and the sunsets have to be seen to be believed. Glenn could not have been a more gracious or helpful host. He is available whenever you need him. Would recommend staying here to anyone without hesitation, and when we are back in the area we won’t have to search for a place as this will be it!

What an amazing experience!!

First at all.. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! After looking and looking for where to go for a family vacation we found this beautiful home at the Oconee Lake. What a surprise when we arrived. It felt like a home. The house is immaculate, beautiful, Fully decorated, spacious, with a large kitchen, perfect! There is plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Our group of 16 had people of all ages, from a gradma to a new born. The check in and check out was easy. Glenn offers so many amenities, toys, inflatables for the water, and all in good condition. The towels and sheets were of highest quality and comfort. We spent an entire day just playing at the dock with the floats, the kayak and a pontoon boat we rented. We took walks through the property and golf court. BBQ and a party at night with a fire pit. All was spectacular and for sure we are coming back! Thank you so much Glenn for everything you did and your care of every small detail. We truly appreciate the great service.

Wonderful Owner

Due to COVID-19 we were unable to stay at this property. We were in contact with the owner who was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend utilizing this property. I cannot rate the top three as we had to cancel.
