I was there for two days and on the first niggt attempted to watch TV and my television had zero functionality on any channel and no connection for any streaming services. I went to the front desk three times over the next 36 hours to request the issue be corrected or to be moved to another room and was repeatedly told it would be addressed and then subsequently ignored.I have been a Hilton Hinors member for more than 15 years. Definitely has me rethinking my brand loyalty.

The Doubletree was fantastic!! Super friendly staff! Restaurant staff and food were all great! Bed was comfy and GREAT PILLOWS!!!!! Definitely will use them again in this area!!

The room was nice and a good value for the money, however the shower gel dispenser was either empty or not working properly. I reported it to the front desk and was told that they would send me some shower gel to use but it never came. Also I purchased a latte and it was horrible. Won't do that again.

We were optimistic. The facility seemed new at first sight. When we got off the elevator on our floor we smelled weed. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and is very dimly lit. The thermostats were too limiting making our room too warm for a good sleep. Noisy neighbors. For a Doubletree this place was let down.

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and washcloths in the rooms, but overall, it was a great experience.

Staff are gracious and customer oriented. Clean and Comfortable bed. Parking is convenient. Area is safe. My only comment is, I didn’t ask for connecting room and I can hear noise from the other room. the water pressure in shower is low, the sink faucet is loose. The coffee in the lobby should be complimentary to hotel Guest. We had a Nice stay for 2 nights. Thank you
