The pet policy was very vague. I was charged for two dogs, which is fine if that is truly how the policy works, but I was told the agent would check with her manager to confirm. When I checked out, she said she would call me back because she hadn’t received his response yet. I understand delays happen, but there was no follow-up or urgency to provide the correct information, which is concerning given that it directly affects what I was charged.

The staff in all area we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best hotel staff experience I’ve seen in a while! There was also security on staff at the entrance which I appreciated. The room was clean and the property was clean. Great stay!

The room itself was pretty good, clean and spacious. No issues with the room. Just the place itself was a little seedy and the outside had a security guard hanging around which tells me its not a safe area. The main area of the lobby was not that nice and a little shady. Not sure I would stay here again.
