The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Standard breakfast. The stairs could really use some vacuuming - lots of street debris, especially on the lower level. Room: the bathroom was in a terrible shape: rusty bathtub with black mold; water in the sink was barely trickling. The up/down lever on the office chair was broken so it was stuck permanently at the lowest position making my work at the desk very uncomfortable. Also, the construction across the street was very loud. Although admittedly it is not in the hotel’s control, the banging that started early Sunday morning did no favors for the overall ambiance. Disappointing stay considering the cost.

Very convenient to shopping and food facilities. Dining room area was very roomy and breakfast choices were varied. Might need an upgrade on dining room seats-some worn out a little. However, our stay was very pleasant!
