If you guys are going to upcharge due to other things happening then your room qualities should match that. Comforter had burn holes all throughout, towels were dirty, carpet and ac smelled like old smoke, and someone should be at the front desk at all times. I’m not gonna lie I really was afraid to touch stuff in there. Really thought that I could stick it out.

The hotel is CLOSED..... half the hotel was missing - Hotels.com let me book a room for a hotel that closed down AFTER i had made reservations. must to my surprise driving 2 hours there and we have no hotel - called for 30 minutes to hotels.com and got no one......

The hotel did not exist. It was put of service and half of the building was torn down. I had no notice of the hotel being out of service. I did not find out until I was already at the location of said hotel.

Environment was dangerous people smoking weed in groups , casing cars dogs and people looking thru trash cans. Clerk had a bad attitude, room smelt like Marijuana we were there 5 mins and decided to take the loss . We still haven’t received our 100.00 dollar deposit. This was a nightmare ! Hotels. Com should be ashamed for even having this on their site . Not sure if I will use this site ever again.

No No No!

First of off, the pictures make this property look completely different than what it was. I'll start by saying the front office staff was great! No complaints during check-in or check-out. The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels. All the other hotels are actual hotels but this one is a motel. When I got to my room, I remembered the picture I saw on here and said to myself "where is that at"? The headboard on the beds are the same, that's about it. Speaking of beds, the headboard wasn't even connected to the bed and the bed kept rolling away. There were stains on the comforter. Thankfully, I always bring my own sheets and pillow cases. One look at the bathroom and I knew I was not going to shower there. But that's not all. Five minutes in my room and suddenly I hear what appeared to be a fight right outside. The door and walls are so thin, you can hear everything. My 15 year old son was scared. Next thing we know, the police was there. I'm like oh my goodness gracious. Apparently, that was settled but about an hour or two later, we hear fire trucks approaching. Sure enough, they were coming to the motel. Not sure what happened, they left shortly after. After the event we attended, we returned at about 11pm. As I tried to get comfortable, my son informed me he wasn't going to sleep that night because he was scared. At that time, we packed up and checked out at midnight! I tried contacting Hotels.com to help but the response I received was unacceptable.

It’s was close to restaurant and for what I paid it was worth the price. The only problem was the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine on our floor was broke.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was very uncomfortable, not very clean, the bath tub had rust spots in it, and I thought there was no smoking allowed, but the people in the room next to ours were clearly smoking all night.
