Comfortable Sleeping & Bathing

The home features one queen-size bed in the upstairs primary bedroom and two full-size beds in the additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has excellent closet and storage space.

There are two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a tub shower combination with convenient grab bars, while the downstairs bathroom features a brand-new walk-in shower with built-in shelves. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

Relax, Play & Enjoy

The spacious living area is filled with natural light from numerous windows and offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a sofa with two built-in recliners and two swivel rocking recliners with heat and massage settings.

For those who enjoy music, there’s a well-tuned upright piano. A game buffet provides entertainment for family and friends.

You’ll also find central HVAC, two large-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A stackable washer and dryer and an iron will keep you looking sharp.

Step through the sliding glass door onto the spacious 16’ × 16’ deck with built in seating and furnished with an outdoor dining set and grill. It’s a wonderful place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

For a quiet afternoon, relax on the chaise lounges in the shade of the large hydrangea bush.

In the evening, gather around the cozy fire pit. Cut and split firewood is provided so you can enjoy an evening fire without having to bring your own.

The full-length covered front porch provides another peaceful place to sit, listen to the birds, and enjoy the quiet surroundings. With no close neighbors, you’ll have plenty of privacy.
