1920 Carriage House on lush private estate. Renovated and charming! Situated on secluded, majestic 5 acre riverfront property on the St. John’s River. Enjoy park like grounds filled with colorful azaleas, ancient oak and hickory trees, dripping in Spanish moss. Sit back and watch and listen to incredible hawks and bald eagles overhead! Wake up to a magical sunrise each day! See the manatees lazily grazing! Owners live on the property and are always available.
The space
This beautiful retreat is one of two VRBO properties available at our estate. We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests between both homes. The Carriage House sleeps 7 and The Guest House sleeps 8 and is perfect for kids and elderly guests as it is all on one level and lots of space!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Amazing property

Charming house that is very clean and very well decorated. River frontage and dock are amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice . Host were very friendly and extremely hospitable. Will definitely be a return guest !!

Tranquility Personified

Julie once again outdid herself. The Carriage House is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is private but affords views of the St. John’s River. It is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway.
