We arrived late, 10PM, they gave us our 2Q room, it was dirty, not cleaned, beds not made. Gave us a 2nd room, a K - same thing, not as dirty, but bed not made, garbages full, food in the fridge. Had to get a 3rd room. Got in room, TV didn't work the first night and the bathroom faucet handle was faulty and came off. For a hotel 1 year old, we were very disappointed.

The air conditioner and heater worked well, didn't use the kitchen area, room was clean but the paint had been scratched off one of the walls. Other than that everything else was good. Beds were even comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly.
