Oak floorboards, elegant clay plaster and exposed half-timbering combine the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort. Since the house consists of two interconnected living areas on the ground and upper floors, it offers the perfect balance with space for up to 8 people: here, you can spend time together as a large family or group of friends while still retreating to your own private space.



On the ground floor, a cosy open space awaits you with direct access to two wooden decks. The modern kitchen, equipped with a Bora extractor hood, makes cooking a breeze, while on cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove in the living room provides crackling warmth. The upper floor features exposed beams, a light-filled living area, a second kitchen, a separate bedroom, and an open-concept loft sleeping area. From the glass-enclosed bay window, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the lake, the forest, and the vineyard across the way while sipping tea. You can use the spacious garden as you like. Grab one of the rowing or paddle boats provided for a spin on the private lake, go fishing, or book an exclusive wine tasting right on the premises. We ask that you're considerate of other guests’ areas. Various animals roam freely on the property, so please keep your dogs on a lead at first until you're sure they won't chase the free-roaming animals.



The surrounding area also invites you to explore: hike to the nearby Holzberg Tower, stroll through the castle towns of Eutin and Plön, or take a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea. Handcar rides, a donkey park, and the children’s play area at the Erdbeerhof perfectly round out the experience.
