First the good news.. the staff were excellent and very helpful incl the manager organising a travel adapter for us they went purchased. That’s service.. Then the not so good news. Rooms not sound proof so can hear whenever someone talks next door. And then is the when upstairs flush toilet sound reverabates through room. Then the slippery floor in bathroom. Why would they put slippery gloss tiles in a shower…. Several slips and recatch / rebalance in time before hit ground. So is dangerous. Poor design when installed. Lastly is the constant battles with shower temperature with other rooms. It’s Hot, no it’s cold, no it’s hot agin.. in some cases so hot.. but gin the very numerous (overkill) with staff and please mess was top notch. Stayed as was very close to trade show nearby
