Where should i start?
I booked 5x nights for business:
Night 1, broken coffee/tea drinking facilities in the room, no answer at reception desk. Eventually managed to find someone who offered me a coffee from the bar. (good, but what if i want another?). No offer to resolve.
Next morning - spoke to reception - would be looked at whilst i was at work. Returned later - no fix.
Night 2 - still no fix - complained. Was left a note offering a different room (with 2x chocolate bars) - so eventually resolved - but 2 days?.
Whilst i was at work on day 3 my kit was moved - great, but who took the 2x chocolate bars i was given from the previous night..... (i never saw them again!)
Evening meals - dont bother at this hotel. Seems like an extreme lack of staff throughout this hotel.
On 3 different evenings - i went to bar, there was no-one around, each time I waited 10 minutes, no staff.
2x times i went out - (couldn't be bothered to wait) - the other, I went to room - called reception (no-one at the desk went i passed). It took 5 attempts to get an answer.
Was told i could order room service, but would be charged extra for the delivery.
I explained why i was calling (explained that i had been waiting downstairs, so surely they could waive it?)
Was refused & told would be at least 1 hour before an order could be taken in any event...
I hung up & ordered take away which turned up in 20 mins!
Not great service at all - and not that cheap either!
