The property was lovely. The room was very well kept and having a kitchen in the suite was great. The location was beyond words. Everything is a 15 minute walk or less and everything else you want to do is a bus or subway ride away. Couldn't be happier.

A must for all visitors to GLASGOW as a Glaswegian I recommend staying here great for all amenities I come here all the time very dog friendly and staff fantastic.

The hotel was clean and comfortable Very central for shops, bars and restaurants Didn’t sample the breakfast so cannot comment Reception staff were friendly and helpful Some decor was a bit tired and could do with an update Being a central city hotel there was a bit of noise from passers by outside. Would suggest asking for a high floor if you are a light sleeper!

Room was a bit tired decor wise. The noise from the pub below was horrendous up til closing time at 3am. Then we had the drunks keeping us awake for 30 mins after that. My wife and I had a terrible sleep.

Night away with my wife, the suite was spacious and the bedroom separate from the sitting area makes it so different to the standard hotel room. Very clean too and probably the most fluffiest towels I’ve ever come across.

The suite was perfect in every way for us. However, the noise at night into the early hours of the morning was far too much.. from very loud music, people arguing or cars reving or sounding their horn!!! We had one night when it was nice and quiet so we had a good nights sleep and that was Christmas Day so everywhere was closed.

The staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional and polite. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they work so hard. Requests were taken care of quickly. They made our stay worthwhile. God bless them all. Everyone worked very hard. The amenities were practical and useful and added to the experience of freedom to eat in or eat out. Like having our own apartment, only with more service and amenities. We look forward to staying here again. Hopefully in the near future.
