Superb B&B. Met with a friendly welcome, and room available in good time. Loved the location on the sea front, just round the corner from the Main Street. Room was as advertised, and couldn’t fault. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch.

Nice room, Comfortable bed. Shower very small. Lovely sea view from bedroom. Room on 2nd floor, no lift, so not suitable forthose with mobility issues. Breakfast superb. Staff fantastic.

Really nice phoned the day before to ask if we could keep our bags there and when we arrived the room had already beeb cleaned which was excellent snd checked in at half twelve. Had an excellent weekend the bed was a bit squeaky cause we were at it all night but still had a really good time first time in Yarmouth will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was good and in a good location right opposite the pier.

Cosy, comfy room. Excellent management, really friendly, and accommodated us as vegans brilliantly. Great location. Shower pressure little low and couldn't get on the wifi, but deffo not dealbreakers. Would recommend, would go back

Reception greeter was lovely. No lift, which was not a problem to me but maybe for some. Bed was comfortable Shower was tiny, not really any space to turn. Bathroom tiny too but was fine for me. Breakfast was lovely, good choice of options

Nice but could be better

In a fab location opposite the pier, can be noisy. Friendly service, could do with an update as a bit run down. Ok if you just want somewhere to put your head down.

Alix was so welcoming, the place is so nice and also nice and quiet at night, I thought it would be quite noisy with it being on the sea front but it’s not at all, the beds are comfy but I didn’t get much sleep but that’s no ones fault as I never sleep well anywhere other than my own bed! The breakfast was tasty as!! Will definitely be returning!

One night stay

Stayed for one night to go to Fire and Water in the Venetian Waterways. Our room was nice with a lovely sea view. Alex the owner was very helpful and looked after us very well.Breakfast was lovely and did not have to go down early for it which was good as we had a fairly late Saturday night. We will definitely book again.

It was a lovely 2-day family stay. Alex was very welcoming, rooms were very cosy and breakfast was absolutely amazing! Really good value for money. We'll be back next summer!
