Wonderfully maintained and clean property. Good breakfast served by very friendly lady who looked after us throughout our stay. Very large room overlooking gardens with plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to book here again if we are in Great Yarmouth.

Room was large and spotless. Great view of the large gardens (Norfolk square) at the rear of the property. Sufficient parking at front with the option of street parking if no space on hotel land. Staff were helpful, room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast. We were the only ones who used the spacious bar/lounge in the evening, but it was only open for a very limited time after 8:30. Maybe it’s open longer and busier in peak season! Overall we had a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in Great Yarmouth.

Was greeted on arrival without even being told who we were and shown immediately to our room. standard of decor was very impressive and the cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast in the morning was overly sufficient and was ta good start for the day. All in all would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet, comfortable and clean.

Lovely accommodation, very quiet. Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. Comfortable beds. Only feedback I could give is that the decor is a little outdated but this didn’t impact on the stay. Very clean and would recommend.
