At check in the female at the front desk was very friendly. When it was time for bed we discovered an old blood stain on the sheet and when we removed that sheet we found numerous stains on the mattress protector. We let the front desk know and nothing was done, we were required to sleep on the pullout couch we did not want to sleep on the stains for safety reasons.

We’ve stayed here a few times and always love it! Rooms are nice, staff is great. It’s in a good location with food options close. The pool was nice and not too cold!

Property was very nice, staff was nice, room was nice. Area was very noisy. People above me had tv on so loud above me until 1:30 am and kids/adults walking all night long it was difficult to sleep especially for an early morning flight. I would definitely choose another hotel.

The no sleep inn. The noise from the freeway and the gas station were non stop all night. The rooms are clean and the pool and spa were lovely. It’s great for families and there are laundry facilities on each floor. The reason we chose this hotel was because of the excellent reviews but I cannot believe that no one else noticed the freeway noises. Definitely bring earplugs.

The reservation portal continued to load the incorrect date, and I fixed it before enlisting - and it still loaded the wrong date as it was nearly midnight when I was making the reservation. The hotel was in fact FULL on the night I needed and the manager would not return calls the next day to my booking agent, nor to me personally. So - that's my review. Extremely unprofessional and SHADY that over a $160 reservation - sold a room that wasn't even available to be sold, and then unprofessionally would not return calls, had the front desk screen calls so they didn't have to do the right thing by returning the funds. Fraud, stealing, shady. That's my review.
