We traveled as a family to visit family and were so appreciative that they let us check in early. We would have been happy to wait longer if it meant our room had been more thoroughly cleaned. There were towels behind the chair in our room, writing on the mirror, the air unit had a broken cover on it and there were large trash items on the floor upon checkin. The staff was great and the hotel was comfortable and quiet.

The bathtub wouldnt drain for the first day of our stay, which is why i havent put a full 5 stars. However, every single staff member i interacted with was fantastic and hilarious to converse with. Would definitely visit again for the waterslide.

They really promote their water slide. That was the big draw for our family. Please know the waterslide has VERY LIMITED HOURS!!! I even called the hotel prior to booking to make sure that the pool AND waterslide were open year round and while we were there. They assured me it would be. To our surprise it was not. The kids swam in the pool and it was fine but we had been hyping up this slide all holiday and we would not have stayed there otherwise. The hotel was just okay and not super clean.

I know it takes a lot of work and effort to run a hotel specially during Holidays but I’ve been to a few HI before and this recent experience was way worse. Problems with WIFI signal entire stay, no towels at the pool ( I was advised there was a shortage of towels) , room phone not working e no milk at the breakfast for 2 days in a row. Also no food refills at breakfast and no cleaning at the breakfast area. Ray at front desk was the only highlight of the stay. He was very nice and helpful .
