Antonio was absolutely amazing! He truly understands the meaning of service with a smile. He greeted us with enthusiasm and made sure our stay was memorable. We wish him much success in his career. Cat was our breakfast server, she was very friendly and made sure our coffee cup stayed full. She gave attention to detail. This was by far the best staff we had at a hotel in years.

The hot tub was down when I check in and no one told me until I dressed to go down. We stayed because of the hot tub due to the tournament we were in. Then breakfast never happened the next morning due to staffing which we needed also because of the tournament we were in. We ended up having to go out and get breakfast on a short time crunch. Not happy with my stay at all.

Our room type that we paid for wasn’t honored. We selected two beds and were only allotted one. The hotel blamed Expedia for the error and just told us that it was the only option we had. That is frustrating.
