We were disappointed, we have been coming to Great Falls for the rodeo for a few years now and always chose to stay elsewhere because of the price , this year we decided to go for it so booked our rooms, price is to high. We stayed 3 days and did not have our room cleaned once, no garbage collection, no clean towels, everyday I had to try and get coffee but the people doing rooms didn’t speak English at all, I finally got coffee but was sure disappointed in the service, we will not pay the price again to stay there. Also the heat didn’t seem to change no matter how I moved the thermostat. Needless to say we will stay somewhere else next year, actually thing the Rodeo committee should find a new hot hotel.

Buildings a little outdated, walls are paper thin. DO NOT get a poolside room unless you don’t value your sleep. Very fair price per room, the atrium with pool is beautiful, but the pool is far to small, and for the most part only 3ft deep except at the dead center. Hot tub jets don’t work and clearly haven’t for a while as their sign is dated. Understaffed at night for the size of the building, so a lot of ruckus happens that shouldn’t. Overall we had a very poor sleep, but we would book Heritage Inn again, we’d just ask for a deluxe room as far away from the pool/people as possible.

The breakfast eggs had a watery and bland taste, quite unlike eggs, and the potato bites seemed undercooked. The desk attendant was rather impolite, offering no apology for the extended wait of 20 minutes while he was away from the desk, and did not appear very welcoming. My stay was quite disappointing, and the bed was uncomfortable.
