I had trouble accessing my main door with my key card. I had to use the backdoorcto my room, which was fine until i had to go out of my way to access that door due to some areas were gated off. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Awesome breakfast!

This is our first time to stay at Heritage Inn. Overall it was a great place to stay. It’s just difficult to find the main entrance or maybe confusing. But to stay wise it’s awesome. Breakfast was great and service is good. We were fully taken cared of on the night we stayed. Location wise is good and easy to get to the road. Once you know the main entrance you’ll be able to say I will be back to this place again.

Super nice hotel to stay at. Casino was decently priced too and pool was nice. Just wish there was an adult only pool time as there were lots of kids crowding the poil during the night.

The air quality was terrible, we arrived early but the room wasn't ready yet, so we went to lunch. While we where at lunch we decided we couldn't stay because of my wife's allergies so we cancelled the stay, i under stand our reservation had started and could except the fact we should be charged for the first night, but to not refund the other 3 days is terrible, being a business owner i except the fact that we need to have customer service, Heritage made zero attempt to take care of a customer!! Naturally i would never attempt to stay there and more than likely never use Expedia again.
