It was quite run down, pool and hot tub were closed staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly key card kept not working always had to get it reset after long days having to do this was a pain. No explanation of extra charges being daily for the incidentals just noticed random charges on my card I did get them back but would of been nice to be advised this when checking in I’m not sure I would stay here again or recommend

We discovered the external doors locks weren't working correctly so the Hotel ziptied the pushbars so every door could be open from the outside by ANYONE. When I brought it to their attention they said they knew and it was to have been fixed in August then Mid November. Today 11/28/2025 it is still that way. So they have NO SECURITY AS ANYOME CAN ROAD THE HALLS AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!
