The lady at the lobby, was smoking right out front at the doors. That was kind of gross and on a hotel informational sheet. It clearly states guests have to be 6-12 ft away from the entrance. She clearly was not. The room was a nice size. The bathroom was dirty in spots. The toilet paper was not on its rack. It makes me wonder what else was missed. The blanket ij the room was thin. It was cold in the room. I was not going to call at 3 am. So we just put a sweater on. The bed was one of the worst ever due to one mattress , that was on a steel frame. Awful sleep. It was so hard. The mattress was soft. We could feel the frame. The morning staff was nice. The breakfast was muffins, oatmeal and a cereal bar. Nothing healthy at all. It did not specify this in the ad. It said breakfast. I was hoping for an apple or banana. Not packaged grab and go.

The hotel was good no complaints except we were told by a front desk worker at check in there was a grab and go breakfast but when we came to eat breakfast there were just packs of oatmeal. We weren’t expecting a nice sit down breakfast, just some fruit and muffins or something similar. I would stay here again.

We were disturbed by loud hammering/pounding at 11pm. It was a Tuesday and we had to be up at 330am to make our way to the airport for our flight that left at 545am. We were very upset to be woken up from sleep. Will not recommend to anyone and will take our business elsewhere in the future.

The parking was poor - last minute since the other hotel overbooked and charged way too much for such a poorly maintained- no amenities in the room - bed was extremely hard- poor thin pillows and scatchy bedding - breakfast was just grab and go bags of granola bars. Parking lot was small

We arrived late but the rooms were prepaid weeks in advance. We were supposed to have 3 singles with King beds. We got one king, one queen, and one full. It wasn't very clean and the late-night help wasn't helpful. The morning manager, Jenn, was very helpful and apologetic and is the only reason it wasn't rated "terrible'.

The hotel is right on the Missouri river with a park right outside our room. It made walking the dog easy and convenient.
