The Tree House is one of three private off-grid, solar-powered retreats on the property (Tree House, Pītokuku, and Ruru), all connected by scenic bush trails and just a five-minute walk to Medlands Beach.
Designed for a true indoor-outdoor experience, the kitchen, living area, main bedroom, and outdoor space are linked by a wraparound deck and bridge to a bunk house, featuring a queen room and four bunks.
Unwind with WiFi, a Sonos sound system, and a bathroom that opens to the tree canopy..
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Tree House was the most perfect place to stay for our little getaway to GBI. The views were amazing, and the hosts were wonderful. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach (20 minutes back because it's up a large hill), and about 10-15 minutes drive to both Claris and Tryphena, so it's the perfect location for home base. We loved it here and would definitely return.
