The elevator was broken because of the storm, we arrived on Friday evening and it could not be fixed until the Monday and my husband had a breathing machine which we had to physically carry upstairs which was very exerting however were very helpful. I do not understand why they don't have ice buckets in the room which can be used on multiple occasions, why do we have plastic ice buckets that are only usable once hanging on to the ice machine. There was no fruit at breakfast, the bread will stale the bagels were stale. I wonder when people think of these new concept of catering to millennials do they actually realize that what we do is sick a value for money please which will give us comfort. There were new glasses in the room there was not comfort in the room it was very basic, the room was small and it felt like economy rather than something chic for a millennium. The bathroom was nice and the toiletries in the bathroom were very good. The room was clean.

The room was clean except right up at the baseboards, small debris of some kind. The mattresses were a little hard for our liking but good. There was a bit of noise before falling asleep but we just turned the fan on high to drown it out. Breakfast was good except the sausage, we didn't like it but the other stuff was good.
