Our room was clean, simple and just what we needed. Great area for the pool and entertainment. Breakfast area was really nice and offering good choices for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and a quiet place to stay, even with all the snowmobilers that were also staying around us.

First, I want to state that the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. That being said, our first room had ants all over the floor, dead and alive. Our second room had the security flap engaged and we couldn't even get in. Our third (and final) room was clean. The furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, did not have hot water coming out of the sink faucet. I was told that they are in the middle of renovations.

I know that the hotel has just gone under new ownership but our room had a basket of coffee, but no coffeemaker. The microwave was sitting on the floor of the room, with the ice bucket on top. The room was clean, but it was obviously not ready for guests.

Sorry the Lady that checked us in was awesome.. Clean lady's never asked if we needed towels . We had issues with our stay for every room (7). The new owner is making progress on some upgrades but has a long way to go. The staff was friendly but offered very few solutions to our issues. The management was responsive to our concerns but also offered very little help. I can not see my team staying here again!

The hotel looked clean when we walked in. But the room was not. Stains in the bathroom on the walls, mold all over the ceiling, broken tiles and just felt dirty. Then no hot water for a shower. It was luke-warm at best. And that’s just the bathroom. The beds were old, creaky and stained. No fridge, instead it was a pile of dust. The pool was the only plus. Then got no service at checkout. I waited at the counter and rang the bell. No one came. Don’t stay here!
