The pool was a main reason for us to go and was shut down our entire stay. Front desk never said anything about it till we seen a sign on the door. We would have stayed else where. Was told they were fixing that night and they didnt get to it till check out time the following morning.

The individual that checked us in was awesome. We had just come through a storm and he helped my mom up the stairs while I was taking care of other things.

Staff did not clean the room daily or replace towels. The staff did not even make sure the room was stocked with supplies like toilet paper. When there was an issue with the toilet they handed me a plunger and gloves. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. Do not waste your money on this hotel. Even if you have to spend a little extra do not stay here, stay somewhere else.

It was not what I booked. I booked a room with a walk-in-shower. it didn.t have. the shower in the bath was broken and laying in the tub. couldn't use. They would not work with us. We left, and didn't stay.

Hotel was adequate to needs and for the price, no complaints except for the filthiness of the floors in the room. Bad enough that when I tried to mop up some spilled water using a bath towel, the towel came up blackened. And, when I walked around barefoot in the room for 20 minutes after showering, I had to clean my blackened soles before putting socks and shoes on. Don't see how this gets so bad unless the hotel deliberately neglects cleaning the room floors for extended periods of time.
