The views of this place is gorgeous! After being here It’s a must visit place in fall I think. The restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. 1 star less is because of the dust on the ironing board and main window was not clean hindering the experience of the views .

Hotels.com failed to notify the property about our reservation, but Otesgo club honored our reservation and price. The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday and Monday and the hotel front desk is closed after 4pm. Thru it all I really enjoy staying on this property and would visit again.

Beautiful scenery and top notch customer service. Clean but very dated. Pool was closed as well as the live entertainment bar, both of which we were looking forward to. In desperate need of landscaping, updating and painting. Very nice golf courses!

The staff were accommodating, otherwise 1 star. Too bad because this place has so much potential to reinvent itself. The valley setting is lovely…However, we were met by a dirty ashtray outside our building, spiders in the tub, a not filled/disgusting swimming pool, and lack of food outlets etc. The place was teaming with male golfers though, so if that’s your scene, have at it. Fore!

Stayed at the Otsego Resort for a weekend. We arrived late in the evening and the office was a bit confusing to find. Our room was well maintained although there was issues with lighting in the room. Saturday evening the power flashed multiple times. Overall it was a good experience but the place could use a few updates.
