An older facility located downtown, the room was dated but it was very clean and everything worked as expected. A very reasonable rate, and a nice stop over.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Room was large, clean and very quiet even with a carnival operating right across the street and the motel being nearly full. Bed was comfy, a/c worked quick & efficiently. No amenities, but clean, quiet, large & comfy room!

You should know what you're getting by the price. It's not the Four Seasons. It's a decades old building with the bare minimum in terms of amenities. But it's in the heart of beautiful downtown Gaylord. We stayed a full week and enjoyed our stay.

This ain't the Ritz, so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking. The place is clean. The office staff is helpful. The place is dated. Amenities? A/C, fridge, microwave and in room coffee, iron and hair dryer. More than I needed and the price was right. I did extend by 1 night and the price doubled, but it was ok. Several bar/eateries in walking distance. I would go back.

Like all the other reviews say, the property is little dated, but it is an excellent place to stay for the night, bed sheets were nice and clean, the place is smack dead in the middle of town. Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Would definitely stay again.
