It was priced okay for the late reserve. Room needs repair. Door closing needs repair, bathroom ceiling needs work and repaint, tub had some dirt. Stairwell areas need work. Upon arrival, desk person (male) was snarky and sarcastic . Woman refilling food, was on. She refilled with many people eating. She should receive praise from management.

The sprinkler system turned on in the middle of the night and it was misdirected onto our window and air conditioning unit. It kept us up all night. When I talked to the front desk about it in the morning, they said they knew about it. I asked why they assigned us that room then and the girl at the desk said she didn't know why the night desk person had us stay in that room. When I asked for a refund, I was told I wouldn't get one since it was a non-refundable reservation. Non-refundable means if you cancel, you won't get your money back, not if your room has something wrong you won't get your money back. I'm really upset with this lack of customer service!

The staff was fabulous! The breakfast was nearing the end of the time frame and a few things were completely gone,....I am sure I wasn't the only person that went to breakfast with 15 minutes left on the opportunity. There was a young man working very hard, he seemed to be handling many tasks, he could have used some help, maybe it was an oversight, but I was disappointed.
