It was late and we needed to sleep, came into the room after we talked about if we even felt safe enough to stay there. The room smelled unclean and when we started looking for bed bugs (we do this everywhere) we noticed that the bed sheet looked slept upon and there was what appeared to be blood on the sheet, also on the curtains. I went and asked for a return in my money after showing him pictures of the bed/probable blood stain, but since it was booked by a third party he was unable to do so. He gave us a different room, it was marginally better and we were exhausted so we slept in our clothes and left as soon as we woke up early the next morning.

Not a complete disappointment

The hotel needs some TLC. Great indoor swimming pool area. Lots of room for swimming & room for kids to play. The man checking you out was also cleaning the rooms. The Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. I used a different Wi-Fi.

Horrible service

Okay so the first night I checked in I went in room tired from driving, go to use restroom and stepped in water the bathroom had a lot a lot of water all over from floor and looked it was coming from wall and ceiling you could see a pipe Brock and it was leaking. Went right down to front desk the gentleman came down and looked pushed on wall and his hands went through cause it was so soft. Then I stated to switch rooms he said only other ones was upstairs and I said I requested downstairs for a reason. He said oh well maintenance comes tomorrow so I don’t know. Then went out did my business things come back asked to talk to manager see bout getting money back or discount and they played stupid said if he won’t be in until tomorrow after 11am. I said well that’s after check out and I have to drive 6 hrs home. And then they said oh well we had a fan in there. Yea I had to deal with a loud fan all weekend for a bathroom leaking. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all didn’t work and the wifi didn’t work. All and all never stay again not worth the money at all

The beds were very comfortable. But the site said there would be breakfast and there was none. The toilet and refrigerator wriggled, the carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed, there is nothing over sink drain, so you could lose something down there.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The place was filthy even our sheets. We have 4 doors to our room. The pool is very sketchy and we had to ask for the lights to be turned on. Nothing works including the hot tub. It’s like an abandoned hotel but it costs $200 a night. There were still random ropes hanging from the beams from previous events. The carpet is horrifying. I’m just glad we made it through the night. The effects from the kids swimming in the pool may show up later. I’m shocked it passed any inspections and is under the Wyndham name. Run from this place!

Only stayed here because it was the cheapest in the area and all we needed was a bed..... Really wish we hadn't. Dark. Dirty. Musty. Dilapidated. Foul. Looks like they might be "under renovation" but they should probably close and do whatever renovations they are attempting. $200 is absolutely insane. If you can, go elsewhere.
