Quiet country house close to the forest, 7 km from the ocean (20 minutes by bike by bike paths or 5 minutes by car) and 12 km from the pretty seaside resort of Soulac.

You can also enjoy the small ports typical of the Gironde estuary or visit the famous castles of the Médoc and taste the wines that have made the region famous.

The house is about 160 m2 on one level (except for the mezzanine where the billiards table is located). It is composed of 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites (with their own shower room and toilet).

The large wooden terrace borders the 4X10 salt water swimming pool.

The land is large and wooded: 3400 m2.
