Has a sandy beach and large deck for taking in the lovely sunsets. A few steps lead from the deck down to ground level. Comfortable sleeping for seven, first floor bedroom, big eat in kitchen and large comfortable livingroom w/great lake view from the many windows overlooking the lake. Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Private lot. Convenient location, just a short drive to N. Windham and Gray for shopping, etc. Cable and WIFI available during peak season.
Waterfront Description: Sandy beach. Level lot at waterfront, slightly sloping lot from the cottage to the lake.Firepit. Dock: yes. Mooring: no.
Bedrooms: Three. 1st floor: 1 bedroom w/queen. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms up each w/double and single. Additional Sleeping: queen sleep sofa in living room. 1.5 baths, both on 1st floor-full has tub/shower. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
