Welcome to this wonderful lakefront property tucked away in Old Hickory Cove at the 1 mile marker of the Gravois Arm. Located on the quiet side of the lake, this property is ideal for family vacations and group getaways, now offering two separate homes just a short distance apart for more room to spread out and enjoy your stay.

The original lakefront house features two levels of living space with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms on the main level each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms, one on each level. Downstairs, the kids can enjoy their own family room with a futon, plus a third bedroom with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. You'll also find a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The second house (new in October 2026) adds even more space and flexibility, featuring two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. It also has a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and its own washer and dryer. Step outside to a nice deck with patio seating and another grill, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Outside, enjoy the property's manicured grassy lakefront yard, large martini patio, outdoor fire pit, and peaceful waters. The private dock includes a 10' x 24' boat slip and swim ladder, making it easy to enjoy time swimming, boating or simply floating. There is room for two cars under the roadside overhang and a couple down by the lower level of the main house. With additional parking for at least four more vehicles at the second house (or a combination of cars and a trailer), there's plenty of room for a larger family.

This house offers guests all of life's simple pleasures - a quiet place to enjoy the lake's beauty and a great location for kicking back and creating wonderful memories with family and friends. This house is just 30-35 minutes away from all the attractions on the west side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach - via the nearby free community bridge. The nearby Buck Creek Store offers groceries, fishing supplies, ice, and other essentials. A free neighborhood zoo, of sorts, has a donkey, zebra, horses and a camel. If you are looking for excitement, book an e-Foil lesson with Gnarley Harley Adventures, conveniently located in the same cove.

Our properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. We also provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter pack of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Guests should bring replacements for these starter pack items, beach towels, personal toiletries, coolers, life jackets, etc. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Comfortable getaway

This house has everything needed for a great vacation. Loved the location and quiet cove. We rented a boat from Lake Time Boat Rental and kept it in the slip. Also had a couple of delicious meals at Jolly Rogers. We would definitely stay here again.

Another fantastic week on the lake!

We had stayed at this home before on the lake and when we were looking to visit again, i was happy to see that it was available! Perfect accommodations for our little family. Clean, well kept and appointed and just made the vacation easy. Dock and lift work great and allowed a lot of lake time! Hope to stay here again!

Fun family vacation

Enjoyed the location and the amount of space for our group. Wish there had been garbage pickup, a few board games for those rainy days, and less cobwebs in higher spots and on deck. Property manager very accomodating.

Peaceful Waters was just as its name implies. Beautiful property in a calm and peaceful area of LOTO. The house was clean and everything was in perfect working order. The property managers were welcoming and very responsive to questions. We recommended to them that instructions for the boat lift be included in the Welcome email and they appeared to be supportive of this suggestion. Our kids and dogs also loved their stay at Peaceful Waters, and we all agreed we want to return to this property next year.

Great place to stay on the lake!

We try to vacation to the Ozarks every couple of years and love this particular area. Close to boat rentals that will deliver to your dock and pickup!! There are tons of good restaurants close by, we found a water park about 30 minutes away and a bowling alley and a grocery store super close too! The house is on a cove so it was nice to just sit and relax on the dock without the big waves. Very friendly families (and dogs) all around this house too! We stayed a full week with 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids total) and had plenty of space for everyone! The listing didn't say dishwasher but it actually has one and worked great! We really enjoyed the included paddle boat with the kids, they thought it was the coolest thing ever haha. Air conditioner worked great, wifi wasn't the best but who needs it when you're at the lake anyways! Direct tv was an added bonus for those relaxing days we stayed inside during the rain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything John!

Boat dock is good if you are bringing aboat. The cove was excellent for fishing. Caught many 14" crappie, some wipers, plenty of bass and a couple large flathead.

Loved it.

Loved it. A great location, wonderful neighbors & extremely comfortable home. The house is well equipped with all necessary things to do everything we wanted. The systems work great- plenty of cold air & hot water. The boat dock & martini bar area provide tons of fun. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, efficient, very friendly and helpful. Last year we left our Roku device in the house. John Custer was kind enough to bring it to us this year. That was exceptional service.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for our family, friends and dogs! The location was quiet and water was perfect for swimming off the dock! Kitchen was well stocked—would recommend leaving more paper towels, providing more forks and better knives for cutting and s’more sticks. Bring your own water toys and swim towels! Also note you need to dispose and pay for disposing your own trash which was annoying but fine. Overall really great place for kids and dogs! We would come back! Thank you!

Good quiet spot on the lake

House located in a quiet cove with friendly neighbors and very responsive and helpful owners and property managers. We felt very welcomed for our weeklong stay. It would have been great to have some of the staples like salt/pepper/coffee on-hand as the cupboards were bare upon arrival. Not a big deal but given what we paid for the property it would have been appreciated if some of the little things like that were onsite and ready for our arrival. Also would have been good to have referrals to local boat/watercraft companies just for future reference as there seemed to be endless options and having a trusted source would have gone a long way. Overall we would stay again, thanks for the hospitality.

The property was very clean and supplied perfectly. The website didn’t over sell it, it was parallel to what the site said. The location was easy by car and close to grocery shopping! By water the location was perfect in a cove but close to the main channel and multiple restaurants. We are already looking at out calendars trying to plan our return stay. Very cozy, very clean, great location! The team was informative, helpful and very proactive! The booking process was straight forward and simple. The property was clean, cozy and very nice! The neighbors were very friendly and nice! We rented a pontoon boat and went to the dam, H Toads, Coconuts, tubed and floated around the dock every day!!!

We could not be more happy.

We could not be more happy. Peaceful Waters is a lovely classic bungalow. The location is fantastic. We had 8 adults & 1 child and the accommodations were perfect. The house is in good repair, everything worked great! Everything we could think of was there. We cooked all our meals with ease & fun because of the totally well stocked kitchen. The boat dock was perfect- spacious & well kept- even the boat lift works. Everyone was terrific! John & his staff were wonderful to work with. Not only are they very knowledgeable about their properties and taking care of business, they also had very helpful hints & suggestions on how to 'make the most' of our first lake vacation.
