The hot tub is located next to the main house so if both properties are rented, it would be shared use with the cabin guests.

We also have a weatherproof screened in porch for all weather outdoor enjoyment. Sits right off the kitchen overlooking the water and has a 55 inch smart tv.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Any unregistered overnight guests exceeding the approved reservation count will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per night. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges, reservation termination, or removal without refund.
