Step into this beautifully maintained 1912 historic home, ideally situated just minutes from downtown Grants Pass—and directly across from a park with a playground, pickleball courts, and a large grassy field. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat blends timeless charm with modern upgrades, offering the perfect space for families, business travelers, and adventure-seekers alike. Dog-friendly with a fully fenced backyard, this home invites you to relax, explore, and stay a while.

Our home is best described by our past guests. Please read our reviews. We have enjoyed hosting so many wonderful people.
The home features:

• King bed in a large bedroom suite
• Leather recliners for watching TV
• Ping pong table with 4 paddles (no beer pong please)
• Fully fenced backyard for dogs
• Equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, Crockpot, blender, turkey pan, pots, pans, baking dishes, and typical kitchen amenities
• Beach chairs and umbrella for river trips
• Pickleball paddles and ball for games at the courts across the street (court lights available until 10 p.m.)

In addition to these comforts, the location of the home offers a unique advantage. Situated near local attractions and recreational opportunities, guests can easily explore the vibrant community or relax in the tranquility of the neighborhood. Whether it`s enjoying an evening stroll under the streetlights or engaging in a lively pickleball match, the area is designed to enhance the stay and create memorable moments.

The entire place is for guest use. Parking in the driveway with additional street parking.

Recently added 4 new comfy beach chairs and an umbrella to make you visit to the river and parks more enjoyable.

Access to basketball and pickle ball courts across the street. Courts are available until 10 p.m. (court lights are controlled by a timer on site).

Guest can text or call me any time but I don`t want to bother them

There is a lovely park directly across the street with a child`s play structure, basketball hoops, NEW PICKLE BALL Courts and plenty of grass to play.

If you don`t mind walking about 1 mile, you can walk downtown to many restaurants and shops. During the summer there`s a farmers` Market on Saturday. Parking downtown is free but it can get a bit busy. Its nice to have a car so you can drive to place to hike, bike, fish, or just hang out by the river.

Grants Pass is great for outdoor enthusiasts... excellent fishing, river rafting, mountain bike riding, hiking, etc. Or if you enjoying shopping, we have the most amazing antique shops and the frequently visit kitchen store.

If you need any tips, please let us know. We will be more than happy to direct to the hidden gems of Southern Oregon.
