Breakfast was continental for sure. Online says breakfast..Sunday did have biscuits & gravy but the gravy was cold & the boiled eggs were well over cooked. In order to get more towels my husband was told he needs to take the front desk the dirty ones...came off as absolutely subpar. The day staff was nice. 3 stars.

Checked in with a sweet kind worker, didn’t catch her name, she was very informative. The room smelled like a urinal. The office chair was visibly filthy. The TV’s are small, the small couch was questionable. I had to keep the restroom door closed to keep the smell of urine in there. I only booked a room because I usually like the amenities at Best Western, but this was more like Motel 6. I couldn’t get a different room or get a refund because I had booked in advance and had already checked in.

Property was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom exhaust and heater were extremely loud. Breakfast was disappointing unless sugar is your preferred food group.

The vinyl floor smelled like dried urine. The TV did not work even after the lady at the front desk tried to fix it. The remote control was taped together and fell apart. The water in the Shower was consistently lukewarm. The bottom sheet kept coming off the bed. Towels were paper thin. “ full “ breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy o e day and cheese omelets the next day.

Fridge was so noisy, we had to unplug it. Overall is ok, but we couldn’t accept excuse which staff replied when we used hot tub, seems like he didn’t want to waste energy to heat up hot tub. Also not allowed to bring towels provided at pool area to room. We didn’t know how it mattered if return after use.

Honestly if I wanted to stay ata motel 6 I would have made that reservation and saved about $60. Why on earth would you put a person into a handicapped room where the floor in the shower is broken through and the room smells like mold and old cigarette butts. Hey I get it fool me once shame on you, the property is a glorified motel 6 with a different sign. Worse thinking I had booked a best western I show up and the clerk tells me I don’t have a reservation. I did not know there were two supposed Best Westerns in Grants well actually one is a poor excuse for a hotel. No control of the water tempature and no clock and a chair that makes you wonder what street they found it on. As for the breakfast the point of staying at a best western was to get a decent breakfast. When you cannot eat anything but the yogurt that is a problem. This is the second bad hotel I have gotten from hotels.com in the past two trips, don’t you guys have any standards left?

Room was not clean. Bathtub had hair - including pubic hair (gross!). And generally looked dirty. The room looked unclean as well. Door had dirt and smudges all over. Floor didn’t look nice either. Then I was locked out of my room at 8 am after trying to get breakfast. Maintenance let me back in. He was very nice and helped me diagnosis what was leaking from my vehicle. Front desk man was also very helpful. This is not my first day at this hotel in Grants. I drive to Arizona often and I need a place to overnight. Can’t imagine I will be back.
