Decent parking. Motel was cleaned up and painted sufficiently but still showed wear and tear. They charge a $100 deposit which I did not see on hotels.com when I booked the room. They would not let us use the card we booked the room on for the deposit so I had to leave a cash deposit but made sure I was able to get that the next morning. There was no hot water. We went to the office and she said he would open the valve upstairs. It was late so we didn't check it again but the next morning there was still no hot water.

Room clean the manager very friendly and helpful. Last time I was there December 26 2025 gave me a downstairs room when she discovered I had a disability and a service dog. She advised me to call and let them know in advance anytime I book with Motel 6. It turned out I was traveling though Gallup NM again so I called and she had the same room spotless and waiting for me. She is very professional and friendly

The lady was rude and told me I had to be upstairs even tho I’m disabled and had a hurt knee and next time to call them direct to get a downstairs room. It is horribly dirty I wouldn’t even take a shower.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The stay was good and the room was alright. The bathroom shower was a little dirty and the room smelled funky at first so we had to air it out. Other than that everything was great.

The staff was nice. I had my two border collies with me. As soon as I walked in I noticed 2 pills a few inches under the bed (thank God before one of them ate them) The floor had dirt, crumbs, and Lord knows what, stains all over the wall, and marks all over the bathroom. Honestly, it was like they just washed the linens and didn’t clean anything at all visitor after visitor. 😞
