The lady was rude and told me I had to be upstairs even tho I’m disabled and had a hurt knee and next time to call them direct to get a downstairs room. It is horribly dirty I wouldn’t even take a shower.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The stay was good and the room was alright. The bathroom shower was a little dirty and the room smelled funky at first so we had to air it out. Other than that everything was great.

The staff was nice. I had my two border collies with me. As soon as I walked in I noticed 2 pills a few inches under the bed (thank God before one of them ate them) The floor had dirt, crumbs, and Lord knows what, stains all over the wall, and marks all over the bathroom. Honestly, it was like they just washed the linens and didn’t clean anything at all visitor after visitor. 😞

Room seemed to be relatively clean, but the bed was dirty with hair. I like the microwave as well as the mini fridge. The bed is hard with springs that you can feel.

It's an older property. Two floors accessible by steps and outside entrance. I requested a ground floor and was not able to have one because of the room I booked on Expedia (1 Queen Bed).

The bedding was pretty off putting, dirty sheets and dirty comforter. I went to ask for clean ones, I received one sheet. TV is also blurry, feels like I’m in 1991 watching it. I recommend you bring your own blankets.
