Staff was rude the pool smelled of rotten eggs. The shower was disgusting with black bottom. The checkin office was separate building the entire place was creepy and uninviting lights flickering. We left just a few short hour after being there cause i refused to continue staying there.

The room was a nice size and with the vinyl floor it was clean and prefect for our little dog. We love that they allow dogs. The pool and hot tub were a nice break from the road! The breakfast was phenomenal for a buffet (as so many hotel do now) but this was extra special with home made tamales! Clean and fresh all around. Thank you Grants BW Inn staff!

We got there at 11 pm. We were put in room 109. It’s just on the otherside of the lobby wall. The walls are paper thin so we could hear people talking in the lobby. The door to the lobby opened and closed all night long. The automatic door button on the wall was broken so people were literally smacking the wall over and over to get the door to open. The air conditioner squealed when it would come on. We had to turn it off which made the room hot. Not to mention on the window side of our room was the parking lot. A LOT of noise. All that noise in our pet friendly room activated our dog all night long. None of us slept and we had a full days drive to another state that day. I had a request for a refund and a call from the manager that never took place. I had another reservation there for this weekend on our way back home, but I cancelled it due to poor customer satisfaction and service.

Noise from the hallway was very loud all night. Renovations try to hide an old building. Inevitably, it’s just lipstick on a pig. Did not feel secure being able to see light all around the door. Bed is comfortable. Need much better cleaning in bathroom.

Talk about customer service…my puppy is still talking about the size of the doggie bone she got on arrival. Freshly updated room tastefully done with an extra blanket on the side. The green chili stew for breakfast. All served up with a smile!
