You can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking and tubing just steps from the river on a low bank with walk in (no stair) access to the river. The steelhead fishing is excellent in the fall. You will love sitting in the park like lawn while taking in the beauty of Michigan's outdoors.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, and an open kitchen, living and dining area. You can enjoy your morning coffee from the screen room as you watch the river flow by. The property can accommodate seven (7) guests with one queen bed in the primary bedroom, one twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Other amenities include a gas grill, fire pit, WiFi, smart television, portable crib, and high chair.

The cottage is located 1/2 mile down a private dirt road. The road is well maintained and suitable for all vehicles. It is centrally located between Grand Rapids and Muskegon. You can be in the city in 30-40 minutes to enjoy all that Grand Rapids has to offer or be at Lake Michigan in less than 30 minutes for a day of fun in the sun.
